scuse me while I get all deep....

I won't be in Trinidad for most of May, due to a job in Tobago....then in New York to shoot for a new fashion line...then back to Tobago for a magazine...then straight to Margarita.

Yes this is all nice and dandy, great for work....but I've never been out of the country since I've had my son. I wish I could hide him in my pocket and take him with me. I was putting him to bed the other night and I was lying there next to him looking into his eyes, and I started to tear up. I always wanted a job that would take me around the world....but it's hard leaving the little one behind. Ok I'm getting all emotional now *fans self with hands*

It's very hard working for myself and juggling motherhood. I've realized that I CANNOT work and live in the same place, because I wake up, roll out of bed, start working...and I stop right before I go back to bed at night. My problem is I cannot say no to any jobs. But recently I've had to actually let a few go (recent one being for Scorch magazine last weekend, and one for a sort of "American Idol" we have down here). So hopefully I keep that up and don't take everything that comes my way again, otherwise I'm gonna burn myself out again...and that aint good.

and i better be home for Mother's Day

(also going to buy a new camera very soon, the xti has served me well, but it's time to upgrade)
